Kerone was 5 stars from the phone call, to my arrival at 5:30pm (they close at 6pm), to my check out @after 7pm!.. to loading my car (every dumbbell & kettlebell they have), trx bands and a power plate (I'm opening another fitness studio), to waving me off @close to 8pm. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Gym Source Greenwich. I was reluctant to go in and even look around because I was afraid of pushy sales tactics. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very relaxed, informative and knowledgable sales associate, Lisa Ripley. Lisa gave me quotes on several of the items I was interested in and provided me with spec sheets on dimensions, features, etc. I was equally pleased with their shipping and delivery personnel. The logistics coordinator was helpful and the delivery went perfectly. The main delivery guy was Eric and he was prompt, mannerly and capable. GYM SOURCE FALLS CHURCH ... AN OUTSTANDING STAFF and CUSTOMER SERVICE!We recently returned to Gym Source to purchase a replacement for our 2001 True Treadmill.  After consulting with our very knowledgeable contact Troy Winder (Senior Sales Associate), we decided upon another brand-new True.  A "true-ly" GREAT product.  However, not long after it was delivered and setup, and used a few times, we discovered a large grease "spill" coming from underneath the machine.  Gym Source very quickly sent a seasoned technician (Fahri) who thoroughly inspected the machine and determined that it was the result of the manufacturer over-greasing the lift-motor shaft.  Fahri cleaned the shaft, and the floor mat, then ran the treadmill through its paces and said that there should be no further "leaking".Unfortunately, about four weeks later, after only nominal use, another grease "spill" was discovered.  We concluded that the fault was in this particular machine (and not in our stars) and that it needed to be replaced.We contacted Troy who, along with his store manager, Vinny Ciaverella, went to bat for us with Gym Source Regional and True higher-ups.  Within a few days (Friday), Vinny and Troy gave us the good news that they had been successful in their efforts on our behalf; and that very shortly (on Saturday) a brand-new machine would be delivered and set up (William & Luke, delivery and set-up team).The new True treadmill is working great, and we are very satisfied with it and with Gym Source's response and support of their customers' needs.  Indeed, we are so satisfied that we want to give a shout-out to the entire Gym Source team at the Falls Church/Tyson's location and the Regional Office.  Of course, Troy comes first as he is not just a knowledgeable sales professional but also very committed to providing excellent after-sales follow-up and customer service.  Troy is joined by the-equally-knowledgeable-and-committed Vinny, Maddie, Fahri, William, Luke, and quite a number of others up the ladder whose names we do not know but to whom we extend our appreciation.So, should anyone ask, the Gym Source team not only does a great job in finding the right products for their customers' needs but they also go that extra kilometer to ensure any after-sales issues/problems are quickly and effectively addressed.  In short, their customers' satisfaction is not the exception for them, it is the norm.  Based upon our experiences with them, we cannot sing their praises enough!Thank you ALL!Grayson & Ann More...

Great service, sales and delivery! Our 5 year old recumbent bike from Gym Source had to be replaced with new one that arrived today! Like our son said, "a moment of silence for recumbent that help change my Pop's life (after his right lung was removed)". I recently purchased a Stages SC3 spinner from Gym Source. They were having a sale however Carlos helped me find a floor model that would be even more affordable. You see at 68 I am really challenging myself to learn how to use this equipment.  Two very pleasant guys delivered it within the week from New Jersey; they sent me an email with the delivery window and called within 30 minutes of arrival which was great! The owner's manual was not there but a quick call to the store resulted in one being Fed Ex'd.  I have purchased many items from Gym Source( in Greenwich and Stamford) over the years, eg. Life Fitness Treadmill, Schwinn AC Performance + Carbon Blue, Schwinn Airdyne, Vector Gym, weights, etc. They take time to explain the various equipment choices and the pros/cons to meet my needs. They have excellent equipment, not cheap but reasonable pricing..... and a very important factor for me.... is having a place to call when I need service and maintenance. We purchased an elliptical machine from Gym Source back in April 2018. Recently, part of the plastic on the stationary footpad cracked and I assumed I would get the typical "you're on your own" attitude that you tend to receive from retail stores.  Not Gym Source.  Within one hour of sending my email I received a response from the Falls Church store as well as an email from their repair department.  They've ordered the part and are contacting me to set up a time to come by and fix it.  Unbelievable service!  Thank you!! Had to comment on outstanding service recently received from James Reed and the team @ Orlando Gym Source. Called James the day I was moving asking for help disassembling a Cybex Bravo gym. Only had a 3 day window to work in before house was sold but James came through in a big way and sent his team the same day I called. Team ran in to an issue during disassemble through no fault of their own but they never pointed a finger at anyone else (e.g. the movers) but instead offered to have a tech fix it @ no charge during eventual reassemble at new home. I just had my treadmill delivered.  This entire process has been fantastic and worth every dime.  From the moment we walked into the Gym Source store in Short Hills, The sales associate who worked with us, Tom, was attentive and informative.  We had very specific needs and he was very helpful and honest about what would work.  Delivery was also tough because we had to keep putting it off while our basement was being finished.  He and the delivery team couldn't have been more helpful.  Delivery was just perfect, with the nicest guys I could have asked for.  Five stars that are incredibly well deserved!  Truly great customer service by all involved!! My husband and I bought a recumbent bike at the Falls Church Gym Source two years ago and have been very happy with it.  This spring we went back for a treadmill.  The BH model we looked out was not immediately available, so we bought the floor model. We have been using it for two months, and it is just what we wanted. Love this place! In store: We came here in hopes of finding some equipment for our home gym...boy were we in for a treat! We decided on a treadmill, rower, squat rack with bar, bench, and weights as well as mats for the floor . We ended up walking out of there with our home gym ready for delivery. Delivery: The days leading up to the delivery we were informed that our treadmill was on back order and wouldn't be available for quite some time. The salesman was able to provide us with an upgraded treadmill for no additional cost and would be delivered with the remainder of our order. The guys who delivered were phenomenal. They ensured all equipment was accounted for and made sure we knew how to assemble and work all items before leaving. They even tested the treadmill and rower before departing. We just recently bought a machine from Carlos at gym source. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with helping us to select the best elliptical to fit our needs and space. There was a slight confusion when it arrived as I thought it was meant to come with a few additional items to work out with. We called Carlos and he apologized for the miscommunication and let us pick up the additional items free of charge the next day. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking to buy new home gym equipment. The delivery people were also very friendly and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Bought the Stages SC3 spinning bike last week recommended by Rob. Like Rob said... I will enjoy the bike. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it. Riding this bike is like riding my Cervelo road bike on the road. Very natural and all the components are very smooth and quite. I can ride this Stages SC3 for hours unlike my old cycleops trainer. One of the best most knowledgeable equipment dealer. They stop, and take the time to address and make sure everyone is helped, even during busy hours. They do their best to accommodate different budgets and make sure you get the best equipment you can get with your budget. Equipment sold is all of the best, top of the line. It doesn't get better than their equipment sold. The level of service provided by the Gym Source staff goes above and beyond what is needed. The atmosphere is a relaxed and down to earth feel. You aren't pressured into buying anything. It's nice to walk into a place and just be helped and guided, feeling free to leave without buying anything. I highly recomend Gym source, especially if you want very good, personal service. I ordered the XR6 elliptical after trying one in the Sarasota store. When it came 2 weeks later, I was disappointed to find that, unlike the one in the store, I found it too difficult for me. ( I am disabled with a muscle disorder)I called back and was told that the store demo had been broken in and it would take some time for my machine to work the same. I found this to be impossible for me, and they immeduately offered me the choice of exchanging mine for the demo, and even upgraded the console. I love my new elliptical, don't get me wrong. What I don't like is that my salesperson didn't disclose that the floor model I bought was discontinued in 2014 and I can't get any attachments for it anymore. My buying experience was phenomenal. I will never buy any gym related items from anywhere else just because of that. Sales rep was extremely helpful and patient and answered my questions. Made recommendations and he was very knowledgeable! I ended up buying a cable gym and an Arc trainer, both are excellent quality machines.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the delivery experience. The guys who delivered and setup up the equipment were obviously tired, they scratched the walls and one of them was rude at times. After they left, I went to our driveway to find out they left behind pieces of wood and 4 large screws that would’ve ruined my tires if I drove over them with my car. More...
