If you are looking for hexagonal urethane dumbbells, there is no need to go online and pay high shipping costs.  Go to Gym Source in Falls Church.  I was fortunate to get a 5-lb to 50-lb set, made by Hampton, in 5-pound increments during the Memorial Day Sale, so I received an additional 25% off the set.  Both Maddie and Vinny provided outstanding service in getting from their warehouse those dumbbells not available in the store.  They also both help load the set into my SUV when I finally came to pick up the complete set.  On another note, I came back later to get three rubber floor mats in the 4 feet X 6 feet size for my basement gym.  I was fortunate to find out from Vinny that the store had these types of fitness mats.  Thus, I did not have to go to Manassas to the Tractor Supply Company to get horse stall mats to use as fitness mats, and saved time not having to drive there.  I recommend you see Maddie and Vinny whenever you go to Gym Source. Kerone was 5 stars from the phone call, to my arrival at 5:30pm (they close at 6pm), to my check out @after 7pm!.. to loading my car (every dumbbell & kettlebell they have), trx bands and a power plate (I'm opening another fitness studio), to waving me off @close to 8pm. GYM SOURCE FALLS CHURCH ... AN OUTSTANDING STAFF and CUSTOMER SERVICE!We recently returned to Gym Source to purchase a replacement for our 2001 True Treadmill.  After consulting with our very knowledgeable contact Troy Winder (Senior Sales Associate), we decided upon another brand-new True.  A "true-ly" GREAT product.  However, not long after it was delivered and setup, and used a few times, we discovered a large grease "spill" coming from underneath the machine.  Gym Source very quickly sent a seasoned technician (Fahri) who thoroughly inspected the machine and determined that it was the result of the manufacturer over-greasing the lift-motor shaft.  Fahri cleaned the shaft, and the floor mat, then ran the treadmill through its paces and said that there should be no further "leaking".Unfortunately, about four weeks later, after only nominal use, another grease "spill" was discovered.  We concluded that the fault was in this particular machine (and not in our stars) and that it needed to be replaced.We contacted Troy who, along with his store manager, Vinny Ciaverella, went to bat for us with Gym Source Regional and True higher-ups.  Within a few days (Friday), Vinny and Troy gave us the good news that they had been successful in their efforts on our behalf; and that very shortly (on Saturday) a brand-new machine would be delivered and set up (William & Luke, delivery and set-up team).The new True treadmill is working great, and we are very satisfied with it and with Gym Source's response and support of their customers' needs.  Indeed, we are so satisfied that we want to give a shout-out to the entire Gym Source team at the Falls Church/Tyson's location and the Regional Office.  Of course, Troy comes first as he is not just a knowledgeable sales professional but also very committed to providing excellent after-sales follow-up and customer service.  Troy is joined by the-equally-knowledgeable-and-committed Vinny, Maddie, Fahri, William, Luke, and quite a number of others up the ladder whose names we do not know but to whom we extend our appreciation.So, should anyone ask, the Gym Source team not only does a great job in finding the right products for their customers' needs but they also go that extra kilometer to ensure any after-sales issues/problems are quickly and effectively addressed.  In short, their customers' satisfaction is not the exception for them, it is the norm.  Based upon our experiences with them, we cannot sing their praises enough!Thank you ALL!Grayson & Ann More...

Great service, sales and delivery! Our 5 year old recumbent bike from Gym Source had to be replaced with new one that arrived today! Bought an Octane Elliptical Q47Xi from Gym Source after talking with James and Chris over several visits to the store. Delivery and set-up was perfect. They even followed up with the manufacturer (Octane) to find out when the iOS app that works with the Q47Xi would be updated -- the update just came out and it works great (a real selling point to be able to control the machine from your iPhone and keep all the workout stats). We purchased an elliptical machine from Gym Source back in April 2018. Had to comment on outstanding service recently received from James Reed and the team @ Orlando Gym Source. Called James the day I was moving asking for help disassembling a Cybex Bravo gym. Only had a 3 day window to work in before house was sold but James came through in a big way and sent his team the same day I called. Team ran in to an issue during disassemble through no fault of their own but they never pointed a finger at anyone else (e.g. the movers) but instead offered to have a tech fix it @ no charge during eventual reassemble at new home. I've been in the customer service industry for over thirty years, and I have never received the level of customer service, I received from the Gym Source. The salesmen, delivery department and drivers all were wonderful, and knowledgeable about the product, and ensuring they took great care of the customer. The delivery personnel were courteous, and ensured they took extra precaution with bringing the equipment into the home. My wife and I were astonished when working with Enrique Bermudez. He is very friendly with a great knowledge of what I'm looking for in the functional trainer system since I've been doing resistance training for the past 20 years. I am quite knowledgeable in the fitness training area from lifting for so many years so Enrique wanted my wife and I to fit into a system that both she and I can work on. He showed us everything available training system to fit our needs and our room where it's going to be set up in. Enrique emailed us sketches of the room with the equipment we were interested in and gave us ample time to decide. We went to Busy Body gyms to find poor equipment available to try and sales staff that does not even come close to Gym Source sales staff and their knowledge of the resistance workout industry. As of May 26th, we bought the Hoist Mi5 functional trainer because of all the options that Enrique took the time and showed us.We will have it delivered and set up next week. Enrique also helped me download the Hoist workout APP for our new Hoist product. Love this place! In store: We came here in hopes of finding some equipment for our home gym...boy were we in for a treat! We decided on a treadmill, rower, squat rack with bar, bench, and weights as well as mats for the floor . We ended up walking out of there with our home gym ready for delivery. Delivery: The days leading up to the delivery we were informed that our treadmill was on back order and wouldn't be available for quite some time. The salesman was able to provide us with an upgraded treadmill for no additional cost and would be delivered with the remainder of our order. The guys who delivered were phenomenal. They ensured all equipment was accounted for and made sure we knew how to assemble and work all items before leaving. They even tested the treadmill and rower before departing. I was looking for a functional trainer for home use, but commercial grade. My wife and I came into Gym Source and met Darren. .. We left thinking how great it was to meet someone like Darren who really seemed to be passionate about what he does!! It was a big decision for us and we needed to make sure we were confident in what we were choosing... Darren was extremely not only helpful, but patient with me during the whole process! We exchanged several emails and phone calls and Darren was a constant professional the entire time. We came back to Darren after exploring several other options #1 because he was so great to deal with, and #2 because he really cared about making us happy with our choice of equipment! Bought the Stages SC3 spinning bike last week recommended by Rob. Like Rob said... I will enjoy the bike. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it. Riding this bike is like riding my Cervelo road bike on the road. Very natural and all the components are very smooth and quite. I can ride this Stages SC3 for hours unlike my old cycleops trainer. Been spinning everyday at least an hour a day. Very happy with this spinning bike!  thank you again Rob and Nigel! You guys are very helpful!  Oh... almost forgot!
