I ensure to properly guage my clients and their goals build a plan as to how we are going to get them there. I follow a scientifically proven effective model and am able to help clients with weight loss, muscle growth, cardio improvement, strength training and stability. I also have MMA experience and incorporate boxing/thai boxing exercises into my plan.

Hard work, understanding one's body type and making sure that you work off as much as you put in. It also takes dedication - which is what I aim to help my clients with by delivering results through SMART goals.

I love helping people and sharing fitness knowledge. Fitness is my passion and its awesome being able to be a guide for people to hekp them reach their goals.

I like the flexibility of a free schedule. That gives me the ability to work around the schedules of clients.

Also, with all that I'm building for Gym Junkee Fitness now, I'm able to offer a lot of different things to my clients such as supplements, consultations and Gym Junkee Fitness apparel thats coming soon.

I'm a trainer that doesn't believe in the "run till you pass out" mentality. I've studied how to help clients safely reach their gials while still challenging them enough to get the results that they are looking for.
