Gym 580 is a unique training facility focused on a value-centered approach in regards to services that reflect the needs and well-being of our members. We are a studio gym with 3,000 square feet of space. Our programs consist of wrestling, group, personal, strength and conditioning training.

My twins attend GYM 580. They love the coach and staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. Coach Everett is great with the kids and just the right level of toughness. My kids are always encouraged to challenge themselves and be confident to use the skills they have learned. I’m excited to see the progress my kids are making in such a short period of time. Fantasic gym and an even better Owner/Trainer in Everette Harris. Our entire family works out here, and the Agility training our daughter takes has made a huge impact on her athletic endeavors. Great place!
