No nonsense training for everyone from average Joe and soccer mom to serious strength athletes. Plenty of machines and cardio, competition benches and racks, monolift, heavy and speed bag, Turkish clubs, Bulgarian bags. Dumbbells from 5 to 170. Great old school gym. None of that overcrowded BS GYM stuff you see at LA or Lifetime. Also not that nonsense class stuff you see at those trendy gyms. You can work out at your pace and get trainers that work with you and not a class. Every body has different abilities and limitations (myself recovering from breast cancer) and you can't all be treated the same. The trainer I found at The Gym (Randy) has helped me find my strength after losing it all from a bilateral mastectomy. One on one affordable training. More...

Awesome place with a lot of space and machines. Even when the parking lot looks busy there is always room. I wish they would have some tires though as my last gym did and it's a great workout.
