What do you love most about your job?
It’s fun for me! I love helping people regain confidence in themselves, relearning how to love and nourish their bodies, and gaining a new appreciation for their mental and physical fortitude. I have a passion for fitness and I feel a drive and responsibility to share this information with others that are seeking help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else’s life. I want to be the best part of your day!
