Since then, we have expanded our menu and began to add food from a range of diverse backgrounds while staying true to our roots.

What’s your signature dish?
Our Chicken Caesar wrap has been acclaimed by NBC as one of New York City’s greatest wraps. It has the freshest of ingredients and a flavor you will not forget.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Each client and event is unique. We curate a menu based on the type of event, the palette of the guests, and offer suggestions based on our last 30 years of experience in the industry.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to eat delicious food (not only my own) and also being able to take part in a memorable experience in other people’s lives. Food has a unique capability of uniting people. Despite the many things that make each of us different, we all have to eat, right?
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a kid, I grew up loving food. So much so, that my older siblings used to hide their plates when I came around. Prior to opening my first restaurant, I worked in various different positions in the restaurant industry. I started from the humble beginnings and climbed my way up. At the time it was a way of supporting my family. But the longer I worked in the cafe style businesses, the more I realized this is what I was meant to do. Fortunately, when the opportunity called to be able to scramble and open my first store, I picked up the phone.

The service that my client would receive is a product of 30 years of learning. The secret is, good food is not only about the food, but also about the experience. Every one of our client’s experience is unique and important. The details matter to us because they matter to you.
