I was really apprehensive about this service because of the mixed reviews, but I was blown way. I called and spoke to Carolina who was able to schedule me very quickly. On the day of the cleaning, three ladies came for the service. All of them were wonderful but Leti was the absolute best! She got some stains out of the bathroom and kitchen tiles that I didn't even know could be removed! This is just my first time using this service but I would absolutely recommend! More...

I was looking for a cleaning service on a Saturday for a job on Sunday in Covina. Â We were able to reach Lilian herself and explained my situation. Â We needed a cleaning for an apartment that was just vacated. Â Not only was she one of the only ones to answer the phone on a Saturday, she called back as promised with someone who could do the job at the time we needed, and gave us a price lower than what others had quoted. Â Her staff arrived early, were very nice and pleasant, communicated with us the entire time (mostly via text, which worked for us), and most important of all did an amazing job cleaning the apartment. Â They took care of the inside of all appliances, behind and under the refrigerator, bathroom and the usual cleaning areas. Â They were done within the time estimate provided. If you need your house or apartment cleaned, call Lilian's! They are the best. They were the first to return my call and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. When I got home the house looked amazing! They cleaned everything very well and the attention to detail was noticeable. They went above and beyond cleaning everything and our house is spotless! Exceptional cleaning service! They came for a same day appointment and were good on pricing. they came with the owners Jaime and Carolina came and inspected. A few things i would check before they leave is the floors/vacuuming and the girls have a tendancy to leave faucets running. My tub faucet wasnt closed all the way and it was running for 4 hours before I came come to see it was still on. but, all in all I was very impressed. More...

They were not only on time, but slightly early. They cleaned my ceiling vents, windows (stuff I don't normally touch) and of course all the basics like vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting. My home is spotless, de-germed, and smelling great. Carolina likes to be in touch via text, which I find super convenient. She came with two other ladies, which made the job super fast and thorough. Â The price was totally fair. She accepts checks. She's easy-going and friendly. It's a huge load off my shoulders to have my home clean. I'm recovering from major surgery and I'm still not in the clear to do ordinary house-work. This was the fairest price I found in Pasadena for a house-cleaning, AND I didn't have to go through any red-tape like estimates, walk-throughs, etc. Also, this was literally the first house-cleaning service I found who actually contacted me in a timely manner. I feel weird about having someone else clean my house but I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and the place was kinda trashed after a big party and vacation and general neglect so I figured I'd treat myself. Â I'm so happy I ignored the negative reviews here and called Carolina. First of all she called me back promptly, unlike several other services I tried. She did come an hour late but apologized and texted to tell me she was on her way. But most of all, she and her 2 helpers did an amazing job - every inch of the kitchen is sparkling, including our huge old 1940s stove, which seems to attract grime like that's its job. They cleaned the doors, walls, floors, baseboards, appliances -- top to bottom, as advertised. It was 140 bucks for a 3 bedroom, one bathroom house but with the yelp deal (20 percent off) it was 112 - for three hours work. Seems almost unfairly cheap but I'll definitely be calling them again. This is a great cleaning service for an affordable price. Â They really do what they say and give your place a great clean from top to bottom. Â I was VERY satisfied with what they did for our 3bd/3ba and for only $95.00 Â Which was the lowest quote we could find. Not only that but we were used to having a cleaner come and take 5-6 hours to clean. Â Lillian's had 3 people come out and they were done very quick.
