It starts by narrowing in on what those goals are specifically. From there, we dive into training experiences as well as setting realistic goals. Once we have a good sense of where to start, I create a personalized approach to a physical assessment that is just for YOU. This allows us both to have a great understanding of where a program needs to start in order to push you towards your desired goals!

I deeply enjoy providing an approach to fitness that creates SUSTAINABLE and LONG TERM results. Most apps and personal trainers can't seem to get that right. I love being able to do it!

I was in the group fitness model for 7 years and I saw it fail so many people. Although it is a popular approach, it rarely helps people achieve long term success in fitness. So, I knew I wanted to provide a solution to those who are looking to make changes for life!

Because I provide the most comprehensive individualized approach to fitness at a fraction of the cost of generic personal training. Clients can get upwards of 5 sessions a week for just $75. And that includes and open line of regular communication as well as specific feedback on every session.

My business is exclusively remote. You don't need someone watching you like a hawk on every rep! You need an appropriate approach to fitness based on your experience levels. This allows me to provide a program that addresses your next week, month and year rather than an individual personal training session that leaves you sweaty, but gives you no roadmap for the future!

Everything I do is remote! So, how you want to approach going to the gym or how you create a space at home is completely up to you!

Having earned a degree in dietetics, I am well versed in the world of clinical nutrition. However, it has been my continued education and 10 yrs of experience that allow me to guide individuals through nutrition in the most meaningful way.

I am a USAW L2 coach and have been coaching weightlifting for 9 years. If weightlifting is something you'd like to your arsenal, or develop further, I might just be the coach you need!
