I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and quality of flower arrangements from Gulfport Florist. I'm from LA and wanted to surprise my friend with a lovely arrangement for her special birthday. I looked into those typical flower delivery services such as 1-800Flowers and Teleflora but read and heard about many negative experiences. So, instead of taking a risk with those services, I decided to support a local florist where my friend lived. I came across Gulfport Florist and spoke to Juan over the phone before placing my order. He was kind enough to send me a photo of the flower cake arrangement I had in mind from what their florist created. I truly appreciated the updates he sent me about the order being processed, delivery photo, and how happy we were with the arrangement. I ordered flowers for my stepmother’s birthday 3 days before her birthday. She hadn’t received them by 3:00 so I called Gulfport florist and asked if they were going to deliver them that day. They said yes, that afternoon. Meanwhile my stepmother knew I had sent flowers to her, but she was going out for dinner and didn’t want them delivered while she was out. She called them but they were out for delivery. After 4:00 the wrong flowers were delivered to her. A little later the delivery driver returned and said he had delivered the wrong flowers to her and gave her the arrangement I had ordered. She was grateful for the thought but she sent me a picture of the flowers and it certainly wasn’t worth what I paid for it. More...

This is a perfect florist. It was recently started by a new family just a few months ago. Yet when you walk inside you know you are in a florist who use to do work as it was done decades ago. The flowers come first and are used for each arrangement. The team is wonderful. They listen to you. they make suggestions. They help you with your plan and do make suggestions. For the bridal shower we were with they arranged the flowers for all the women. They also decorated the table. And the price was perfect. It is a rare find and it is here in the area.
