Gudgers Florist (whenever needed)

If I could leave a zero star review I would. They basically bait and switched the item I purchased with the item they sent to my recipient. Then proceeded to call me crazy. They said that they are allowed to substitute an item if it is not in stock of equal value but the item they substituted was less than the cost I purchased for the original item. Then when I told them that, they said it was equal value. It clearly states on their website that those two products are not the same value. They could have chosen a different item that was of equal value but chose something that was of less value. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't even try to contact you to tell you they are substituting your purchase, they just do it. Terrible customer service. More...

Anytime I need flowers delivered for a special gift or event/holiday I am so very pleased! The flowers are beautiful and the staff is so kind. Each experience has been so wonderful that now never worry about sending flowers when I use Gudgers. Call them directly to place the order. Shop local. Never purchase from an online florist and you will be happy. That's my tip. More...

Speaking as a florist myself I have had Gudger's Flowers to fill orders for me and they were wonderful people to work with. It really hurts me to see how selfish and mean people can be because their arrangements don't look identical to the photo and don't hesitate to give a bad rating. You customers need to understand that ALL FLORIST substitute flowers. We work hard to make people happy. When you place an order with a florist it's best to say.........I would like my arrangement to look as much like the arrangement I chose on the website if possible. If you need to substitute flowers that will be ok.
Simply because our work is art and their are no two arrangements identical.
