I am a former Tennessee Police Chief who 14 years ago opened a private security forces group called CSSRT, Inc. In the beginning, we struggled to meet the demands of our clients in regards to daily reports, incident reports and other means to show proof that our security forces were indeed onsite doing their contracted duties.
When we discovered Guard Metrics that all changed. Now, all of my command staff can watch in real time the activity of the guard forces on duty. Our clients have a portal for them to also see reports and observe officer activity. The Guard Metrics system has made our unit more transparent to our clients, communities, and management staff. Our nation is in a very delicate time with uniformed personnel and citizens sometime at odds. I wish i could have had a system like Guard Metrics that would have monitored My police officers when i was Chief of Police. Guard Metrics creates integrity and that is why my team will use it every shift.
