This is our second time using Gruda Limousine, this time for transportation to and from NYC to our home in CT. Â We used the luxury party bus, which was so much fun for the kids. Â The driver was skilled, experienced, friendly and polite, and proactive. Â He was prompt on arrival, helped everyone on and off the bus and made pleasant conversation but never imposing conversation.The price wasn't a bargain but was a great value, as these moments are those where one can't afford to have anything go wrong. Nick was our driver for a birthday party. He was super nice and very accommodating. He arrived on time and the limo was very clean and stocked with ice and cups. We had originally booked a stretch Lincoln but Danny upgraded us to the Escalade! Â While booking and planning this event, the communication with the owner was frustrating at times (not responding to emails, texts, etc). Phone communication was the best way to get in touch. This is for Mike Fox's comment below. Before you write a review Mr. Fox I suggest you get your facts straight. Your Brother booked the limo with San Marko in Yonkers NY. It was San Marko's limo that broke down, not Gruda Limousine limo. San Marko asked Gruda limousine to pick up the kids to take them to the prom. Gruda Limo did a favor for san marko and to those kids who were stuck not going to prom. Gruda limousine's limo did not break down, and lights and ac work great in our limo because gruda limousines limos are new. Your brother had an issue with San Marko who they originally booked the limo with, not Gruda Limousine. If you want to write a review you should write a review for San Markos limo and store because that is who your brother booked the prom with. He did not book with Gruda Limousine. Thank you! More...

My Team & I were going to a concert, & wanted to take a limo, because we knew all of us would be drinking. Which we decided one day before the concert! It was next to Impossible to find one,especially since it was Easter Weekend .We called Danny @ GRUDA limos, & this guy jumped thru hoops to accommodate us!! I've used Gruda Limousine 3x in the last year. If that doesn't say that I have been overly satisfied with the service then I personally don't know what does. The driver arrived 30 minutes early & even set up the limo for us (placed the ice & alcohol in the appropriate places). He made sure we were comfortable & was polite throughout the entire trip! All three times we had the same driver & he did not disappoint. Two times into New York City there was traffic & he communicated that with us to make sure we were not late for our reservations. Called the main office and spoke to Danny whom was very professional and considerate. Â The price was fair and the service was exactly what I was looking for. Â After shopping several limo companies in the area he was the best priced and had NEW limos not old Escalades or Lincolns. Â I had a Range Rover which was HOOKED UP inside and a Mercedes C-Class was also amazing. Â The drivers were dressed in clean suits and were very friendly to my ushers and bridesmaids.
