Had the Grub Hut to my home for the second time. First was my office BBQ and just recently I hosted my high school reunion to a Grub Hut BBQ. All I can say is wow!!! The food is amazing, they are great with our guests they set up clean up and pack up the left overs. Yes only because they make that much. No one went home hungry. We went home stuffed. This is such a neat mix of barbeque and mexican food. I had the best loaded pork tacos I've ever had here, served with a generous side of beans and rice and with more toppings than I could fit in the tacos! It's well worth a visit here.

Great bbq with their own unique touch. Quite expensive, but a very nice meal. Definitely worth a visit as they are (imo) one of the best in NJ and, could probably compete in Texas too.

Probably drove by this place 100 times without even noticing it and boy, was that a mistake. This is one of those places where, the minute you walk in, you know you're in for something special. The aroma of true smoke is so welcoming. Then you look at the menu and see they offer a crazy blend of Mexican and smoke BBQ. So your radar goes up. But once the food comes, all is well. Been here a few times now and every time, appetizers to main courses have been delectable. Have never been able to hold ourselves back to try dessert...This time the chicken & waffles (with a surprise strip of bacon cooked onto the waffle!), steak and mushroom quesadilla and hog heaven were all, well, yes, heavenly. This is hands-down my favorite Mexican restaurant. From the outside you would never know how cute the inside is but it is absolutely well worth stopping at. The food is always delicious. Always amazing BBQ with plenty of sauce options (I like NC vinegar style), the pulled pork is great but the brisket is TO DIE FOR, the tacos and other Mexican food is also terrific ( I love the big burrito with xmas sauce), always changing up weekly specials and offerings if you're looking for something new as well as the tried and true favorites. My husband and I like to order the BBQ for 2 platter and split it as well as take some home. The table chips and salsa that they give you for free are fresh, the chips are crispy and the salsa is just spicy enough with a perfect amount of herbiness.
