What is Coaching?
ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach; challenges we're striving to overcome and times we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can ultimately change and enrich your life by setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
Coaching doesn't consist of me telling you what you should do or what decisions you should make. This is an opportunity for me to guide you through your personal and professional relationships and dealings to find ways to improve and make them more meaningful, as well as beneficial in your career.
