We’re Group 4 Studio and we’ve been redesigning the world since 2010. The principal, Prez Zawadzki, was born and raised in Poland and graduated from the High School of Fine Arts and Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan with a major in Interior Architecture.

Residential Interior Design
We create a detailed plan of action and develop the design concepts that will inspire the spaces. Space planning, elevations, floor plans, millwork, kitchens, baths, furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and artwork will all be considered.
Commercial Interior Design
We are responsible for the design and decorative process for both working and living areas from start to finish. We create initial design sketches, color themes, and ideas based on client requirements and space availability, We visit every job site to analyze space availability, design needs, and the purpose of the space.
3D Modelling / Rendering
We create interior 3D designs in order to communicate their vision of a new space to the client before the work is started. It helps clients to understand the design ideas in their new rooms.
2D Planning
Based on on-site surveys or existing plans, we create 2-dimensional proposed demo plans, new construction plans, reflecting ceiling plans, and floor plans with the new furnishings and interior elevations.
