Q&As

Educating the client on their most significant investment (their Home) and educating them about their home.

The freedom to serve the client by under-promising and over-delivering.

There are several factors that we do differently. First, we do not pride ourselves in entering RED all over your home inspection like a school teacher, but rather show the indicators of the home that would be a safety issue and give opinionated advice that the client could use to benefit their decision in an educated way.
Second, considering many homeowners do not know the industry as well as the home inspector, we offer solutions to the homeowner to protect them in other ways. For example, the number one complaint to homeowners is construction companies. With that said, we know that there are several great companies with a better than average customer service; however, there are several companies that are not so honest and genuine. So with that said, we would like to offer a solution by providing companies that we know and trust. This will hopefully give the client an upper hand by knowing that the company that the client calls upon is getting a great company to assist in their next home project.
Finally, not all home inspectors offer a comprehensive report that is easy to follow and that the client can learn from. There isn't a home that is identical to another. Although some homes look alike and perhaps built simultaneously, they usually have different issues. We want to ensure that we aren't a cookie-cutter home inspection company, and we take seriously about each home.

First, Covid-19 is a conformity disease that takes the image from GOD and changes mRNA to man's code. We do not embrace this behavior, nor do we force our employees to wear masks that are proven several times do not work to prevent you from getting the common flu.

Services

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.

Radon is serious, it is the second leading cause of lung cancer. It is a naturally occurring, colorless, odorless, radioactive gas given off by soil and rock within the earth. Radon comes into homes through the earth into the foundation and the home. Credible Home Inspections offers Radon testing as part of our service and strongly recommends it to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

As a water tester, your duties are to take samples of water from a plant and test its quality using specialized skills and equipment. Your goal is to test the levels of harmful materials and chemicals in the water supply through biological sampling and chemical testing.
Ground Zero Home Inspections tests for 52+ parameters of your drinking water and send a thorough report to the client.

Sewer scope inspection can reveal damage to the pipes, blockages, and other problems. It also can spot potential problem areas before they develop into serious issues or hazards. After the inspection, clients will receive a report with findings and recommendations.

Some air pollutants you can see or smell, but many dangerous air contaminants are colorless and odorless. Without the right equipment and expertise, it is impossible to know what is in the air you breathe.

Thermal camera sensors, like standard electro-optical cameras, generate an image or digital reproduction of what they see, but instead of capturing the wavelengths of light to which our eyes are sensitive, they capture heat, emitted as infrared radiation, to produce an image.
As one would expect, drone thermal imaging is beneficial for examining the exteriors of homes and businesses. It’s ideal for detecting leakages and identifying causes of power inefficiency and external problems. In the case of houses, this can save homeowners a lot of money on energy and maintenance costs when these issues are detected early.

Drones can also significantly reduce the time it takes to examine large structures and areas, so long as the particular drone can reach a high enough altitude, subject to technical and legal restrictions, to get a bird’s-eye view of the entire structure or area. When the drone operator identifies a problem area, he or she can then guide the drone closer for more precise imaging.
