Ruth and her crew have been cleaning my house for 3 years. They are super efficient and accomodating. Ruth often takes it upon herself to clean something that's not part of the usual routine. This cleaning crew is amazing! We have gone through many cleaning companies before because they were not attentive to the cleanliness of our house. My father, whom has had many surgeries and implants, is very concerned about the cleanliness of the house because he cannot get any infections for any reason. When we expressed this concern with Ruth and her crew they were more than eager to help in any way that they could. When we have other requests (cleaning something like our air purifiers) they are more than willing to accommodate us even if it means it will take a bit more time to get the job done. Also, if there is something that was missed or not done correctly (which is exceedingly rare) we just have to ask them to do it over and there is no fuss or attitude. They are always friendly with us (and our yappy lovable, little dog). They also do a fantastic job in the time that they are here, and they are very nicely priced for what they do! I have been a Grimestopper Cleaning Service customer for just about a year now and all I can say is WHY DID I WASTE SO MUCH TIME WITH OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES. Grimstoppers in Willoughby Ohio is by far the best service I have ever used both here in NE Ohio or any place else I have ever lived for that matter. It starts with the owner Tim Marlowe who is knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to understand my specific wants and needs and treated me like I was his only client instead of one of the masses like so many other cleaning companies do. And he follows up with me everytime to continue to make sure I am satisfied - WOW what a concept!! Their ATTENTION to detail and customer satisfaction exceeded all my expectations.
