Ashleigh was hired for an intial clean. upon her leaving I walked the house and took photos. I reached out to her afterwards asking what an intial clean entailed again. She let me know. I shared the photos of all the things she failed to do. She offered to come back the next day as she had a small amount of time to spare. A small amount of time to spare to dust all rooms, do mirrors, countertops, microwave, ceiling fans and the re vacuum. And the 47 photos are what I noticed there are items I didn’t even bother taking photos of that were not completed. She stated ” *clean fans
*sweep
*mop
*vacuum
*wipe counters
*clean high touch surfaces ie: light switches
*dusting tables/shelves
*wipe Exterior of appliances
*clean cabinet doors that need it
*clean showers and tubs (I tried to get mold out of yours but only a little came out)
*clean mirrors
*clean sinks
*take out trash in each area where a trash can is and replace bags

I also did baseboards I noticed were dirty. Doggy door frame and flap as well as that whole door. Your fireplace. Wiped down couch and recliner by laundry room and retucked the blankets on them.

Carpet edging when vacuuming
Dusting (except the two end table tops and the top of my vanity were done —- nothing on the top of them)
Shower tile on top left with dust
Toilets on the outer floor base toward the top of the bowl not done
Window ledge not done
Shelving not done
Entire master bedroom and front living not even dusted
Ceiling fan edges only done and she told me she had a covering to go over the blades. I watched her from my office with a small duster do the edges with the dust go all on my bed.

I can continue to go on but I think this sums up why I don’t want her to return!

“I have all the pics so know exactly what to hit and what’s needed so it wouldn’t be difficult or take too much time. I can also schedule a whole new day if that is preferred”

How could she knowingly leave my house unclean and take my money And things she’s gonna come back in and finish cleaning it when she should’ve done it right the first time I could see maybe missing one or two things but missing 3/4 of my house is not acceptable!

And like I told her when we spoke on Facebook messaging, I appreciated the fact that she did scrape off some of the stuff off of my fireplace that I told her she did not have to do she offered on her own accord and she cleaned down the doggie door flap, which I didn’t even ask her to do!


And knowing that I didn’t want her back in the house after missing all of the stuff, she did not offer a refund (even partial)

Grime getters is a wonderful company! Jaimi is so amazing and made my appliances look brand new again. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

If I could give a zero, I would. I DO NOT recommend Grim Getters. At $86 per hour, I did not receive half of their services promised for 'BASIC RESIDENTIAL CLEAN (Recurring or One-Time Cleaning)'. We spoke the day before and I let Jaimi know we had 16-18 floor ceilings and dusting and getting the cobwebs was very important because it had not been done for a while." She said, "No problem, I have the tool for that, that's standard", then she stated when she arrived at the home through text, "I didn't realize your dusting ect had not been done in awhile" and that she may need to charge more...that was fine with me. However, then she told me she 'required' payment of service IMEDIATLEY upon service (despite me not seeing the services). She knew I would be away from home all day at the office when she demanded payment of service, only at that time, and stated she would not leave my home until I made the payment...I am a medical professional and in appointments non-stop, one after another with my patients and I simply cannot break away to respond to the house-keeper's demanding texts until the end of the day. She took this as me "being difficult".
She used the 'high ceilings' as a catapult for excuses.... Our kitchen Light fixtures were not dusted and she said 'you didn't ask'. Our hardwood floors were not cleaned or mopped though she said they waxed the floors? The floors were barley swept. Ceiling fans not dusted. Banister not dusted. Ceiling Vents not dusted. Mirrors streaky. Shower door dirty. On top stove not cleaned. On top fridge not cleaned. I said I would give fair payment for a partial job done...I would have graciously given $200 for three hours of work, though not complete; she demanded $265 and stated she would take me to COURT if I didn't pay for full price immediately!? She then stated she had taken pictures of the inside of my home and threatened to take me to court as she has taken other people to court! Then within moments later, she stated she would call the police and they would be at my home that night for Theft of service if I did not pay what she insisted! I paid full price for services not provided because I was bullied by Jaimi Kuhnhasen at Grime Getters. I feel taken advantage of. Do not do business here. More...

Grime Getters we’re on point! Jaimi and her team were wonderful and responded quickly to my last minute move in/move out clean request. They were thorough and reasonably priced for the magnitude of the job and short notice. I definitely recommend her services and will use them again myself should that time arise. A huge thank you again to Jaimi and her team! Top notch, high class service! More...
