Just wanted to testify to Greg Hullinger’s excellent help in working with me on my fitness goals. I am approaching 60 and was not sure how it would go with a personal trainer. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and professional, his initial assessment determined my own personal individualized goals, each session was customized to reach goals, introduced exercises on all levels, machines, strength training, cardio, mat/floor exercises that can be done at home, if desired will send you texts to encourage proper nutrition, water intake, reminders for posture and maintaining being active daily.
