What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The address of the property. I base my pricing on square footage. Also the more square footage the more photos I provide.

Photos are delivered digitally. Currently using Google Drive but will be changing to a different platform in the near future.

A mask will be used inside the property if the client asks for a mask to be worn.
