We were paying a fairly high monthly fee for webpage maintenance and advertising, and we were not seeing any results. Chase - Greenstone's SEO Director, met with us to gather information about our firm and what we experienced in the past and what our expectation were for the present and future. Prior to working with Greenstone Media, we worked with another web design firm who never grasped how we wanted our new business portrayed. After months of frustration with the previous firm, we found The Greenstone team of Amanda, Chase and Jared. They not only understood our vision but also began improving upon it at our very first meeting.

Throughout the design process they worked closely with us to create a website that exceeded our expectations. Their listening skills, prompt communication, creativity and consummate professionalism made the process a pure joy to experience.

The logo for our new website was the icing on the cake. Since going live, we have received glowing accolades from everyone who has seen the site. We have no doubt our new website will have an extremely positive impact on the success of our new venture to protect wildlife through the use of art.

Greenstone Media was professional, inventive and patient in the development of my website which needed to convey a totally new and untested business concept. Chase took the time to listen and understand the ever changing pieces and parts of this new business model. He was also willing to explain everything as it developed.

In addition, Chase was prompt in answering emails and/or phone calls and was clear and concise in his communications. It was very important to me that I knew I could depend on him as I had so many other balls in the air during the launch of my new business. Chase also did a great job at training and teaching me about numerous aspects of the website.
