I have been working here since the end of last year and I really enjoy it. I I patrol and respond to alarms. I like that I’m trusted to do my job and allowed to work independently.

I worked for this company about eighteen to nineteen years ago and had a good experience with my time there. I made alot of friends among the guards and even a couple of clients. It was contract private security so it wasn't stressful and I got to move around to different sites around town. Like most companies we were paid bi-weekly, so once I was short on money and the company was nice enough to give me an advance on my pay. I have been using Green Valley Security for many years on all of my properties in Las Vegas. They have always been very attentive and responsive to my needs and I am not easy to work with. Their guards are very professional and their customer service has always been stellar. I really enjoyed working for Green Valley Security, I was fired from there because a client didn’t like me and I understand how it’s better for the company to lose an employee than a contract with a client, I get it it is business. No hard feeling were caused but the time I had at the company was excellent they helped me out with hours worked with my schedule I dealt with Preston 90% of the time he’s operations manager and a great guy he cares about his employees. I recommend this company to guards who are tired of big corporations that treat their employees like points. If you want to be treated like family this is a good company. Hello my name is Christy and one of my neighbors house alarm went off while she was on vacation in Bahamas. One of your officer responded. I stay in a well secured area in Summerlin off Flamingo and Towne Center.we have our own community guards that drives around our residential surroundings. Officer Scott, I don't know her first name but she arrived on my friend property and secure her outside surroundings very well. This officer not only secure the property but was able to find opened doors and secure it. I arrived to property and I was sent by my friend to check on her property.Officer Scott asked for my id and confirmed. Since I've lost my job working as a armed courier it has been really difficult finding anyone to hire me. I got in contact with Mike Aiken's and he was willing to work with me. Most people didn't want to hire me even as a combat veteran because I've had no vehicle, 3 kids, and a pregnant wife but Green Valley Security was willing to work with me. We are a local nonprofit agency that has been unfortunately hit several times by vandals/burglars. We are fully alarmed but we don't contract foot patrol security. Green Valley Security has been amazing each and every time something bad has happened. They've immediately upon request dispatched an officer to secure the facility for the rest of the night. They are highly reactive and super supportive when we've needed it most. Every interaction I have had with them has been nothing but positive. The owner even gave me a personal cell number to reach out after we were hit the last time so we could reach them at any time, day or night. I see several bad reviews on this page which is unfortunate because I have never had a bad experience with this company and we've needed them several times over the past three years.
