What do you love most about your job?
I have the ability to change lives and behaviors to help assist people to live happier healthier lifestyles. So they can feel energetic, youthful and love life no matter what age group they are!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had an injury in early 2000 and was in rehab in and out for a few years. Once I found pilates and Health coaching I felt my body transforming and was able to do the things I had always done. Run,Swim,Bike. I like knowing I can still eat the foods I love but in moderation. While learning to cook new recipes and sharing with others. In life if you can't share your experiences and knowledge what good are they?

Yes online via skype, zoom or phone. Included in the 30 days you will have:
4 (30) min. 1:1 sessions each week to create goals and discuss achievements/hurdles
2 email check-ins per week that include helpful shopping information regarding label reading and healthy substitution ingredients, motivational articles, healthy meal plan ideas for you to experiment with, exercises to fit your personal goals. (Don’t worry we are not signing you up for a bodybuilding competition LOL)
1 motivational text at end of week to check in on progress or simply provide motivation and support for the weekend!
