My experience with cleaning services in the past has been really inconsistent -- most do a good job some of the time, some do something dreadful that costs me more to fix or in losses than I pay for their services (like putting my one and only pair of designer dress slacks in the washing machine, which I'd purchased in Italy five years prior, then trying to hide them with the rags instead of taking accountability for what they'd done). I've struggled with the "time vs. money vs. hassle" math many times, and consequently, have never had a consistent service. Regular cleaning is not inexpensive, so when the final impression wasn't a joyful one, or I spent lots of time asking for things to be corrected, it just didn't feel worth it.Then I found Green Planet Cleaning Services...and now I'm hooked. From monthly cleaning to move-out cleaning of my old two-story two-bedroom carpeted condo, and now monthly cleaning of my hardwood and tile floored four-bedroom house, they've been super reliable, providing truly fantastic service. We've had a couple of different teams service our home, but all have been thorough and professional, leaving our home exactly as we'd hope -- well-cleaned, efficiently and with safe ingredients, fragile items handled carefully, and always with a friendly smile. Marcos who manages email and phone correspondence is always very responsive, thorough, and thoughtful, too. We hired Green Planet to do a move out clean of a house we just sold and they did a fantastic job!The only hiccup we encountered was that they were a little late and I had a tight schedule that day but it all worked out ok.

Three Angels arrived this morning to a major renovation mess. They willingly tackled every problem and throughly banished all the post-construction dirt and dust. It took most of the day and they maintained their energy and focus and did a WONDERFUL job. Booking this appointment was so easy. Marcos helped me every step of the way showing professionalism and patience. He's amazing. I have a future appointment booked when phase-ll is complete and I know they'll restore order from chaos. Our five-bedroom home looks and smells like a five-star hotel. Towels and tp folded in Four Seasons style. Crew is kind, super quiet and totally thorough. I'm very impressed with how our house looks after the cleaning ladies have come. It looks so nice! With four kids, two dogs and two cats running around it is so nice to have it clean. My frustration about it all is this: Every time I make an appointment, I select the option to set up an every week appointment, not only do they not come every week as I would expect after selecting that option, but they are nearly impossible to talk to on the phone. I called five times and left two messages trying to get ahold of them and they only called back after I left w very frustrated message. Green Planet cleaned the apartment I rented for 2 years in Sausalito, CA when we moved out. The landlord was extremely picky about the cleaning agreement upon vacating the apartment and she could not believe how clean our apartment was during the walk through. We could not either. Flawless and impeccable service!   I called Green Planet Cleaning Services based on their high yelp rating!  I needed our home deep cleaned for an open house scheduled that same weekend.  Marcus and his staff came to the rescue and I can't begin to say how impressed and pleased we were with the outcome. Great company! Did an awesome job. Moved from the east coast to Novato. The house I was to move into was not clean and I needed it cleaned before the movers arrived. The company came with 24 hours of my call and hot right to work. The ladies did a through job and left the place immaculate. They cleaned every nook and cranny. Great cleaning service! I needed a cleaning service for our loft after construction and had a hard time finding a service that was capable of cleaning the high ceilings and shelves that we have. A team of two cleaners came and did an amazing job. They took attention to every detail even dusting and emptying our vacuum, which the contractors had used and left dirty. Wow! I used GPCS yesterday for a move in to my new house. They were meticulous and methodical in their work. Two lovely ladies , Sandra and Luz V gave my house the once over and got into every little nook and cranny. They completely transformed the place. On top of that they used wonderful cleaning products too and my house didn't smell like a chemical plant afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a deep cleaning. We ordered a full deep-cleaning of the entire apartment (including our deck), and the team from Green Planet did an outstanding job. Everything from the ceiling corners to the baseboards was spotless. I contacted other places that had cheaper rates, but I was more concerned about the job getting done properly, and Marcos's crew did not disappoint one bit. I had moved from the south bay to San Francisco and was in need of a new cleaning service. Green Planet cleaners was one my building and HOA highly recommended. They are highly professional, thorough, and polite. They also have an online billing and appointment system which makes scheduling and payments so convenient. What a flawless and fantastic experience.   We hired Green Planet Cleaning Services to do a deep clean of a home that we just purchased and remodeled.  On top of the standard remodeling dirt, the previous owners of the house left the kitchen in the nastiest and dirtiest condition.   Marcos and his crew came in, and after only a few hours, the place was spotless.  Including scrubbing a bathtub that we had removed the junky glass doors from too.  We thought we would have to have the bathtub reglazed, but after this cleaning, it's fine and it saved us so much money!  The cost for the service was very reasonable too.   Would love to work with these guys again, and possibly set up routine, monthly cleanings.   Can't recommend them enough. Green Planet came today and did very needed deep cleaning to my apt.  3 people came and cleaned everything inside and out.   They moved everything to make sure they got in every nook and cranny and removed every little bit of dust!
