They did a fabulous job. We're super happy. Our house had like 5 years of dirt and they got it clean in 3 and 1/2 hours. They even scrubbed our moldy bathroom. And our kitchen sink. They got underneath the toaster! I'd like them to scrub the kitchen floor really hard next time to reveal it's truer color, but my husband didn't communicate that to them at the time. They were able to fit us into their schedule last minute and actually the same day we called for a move-out cleaning. Griselda and her team did a wonderful job, leaving the house just about spotless and taking extra care to clean/fix things that are especially looked at during move-out inspections. I won't say that they didn't do a good job as far as cleaning, because they did, but I will say that they are TOTALLY overpriced and very poor at communication. When I got an original quote for $350 for a 2 room apartment, I thought it was too high. Then they cleaned my neighbors apartment and ended up taking 5 hours, charging them $500! So I followed up, letting the owner know that I would not pay that much, and that my apartment (unfurnished vs the neighbors) that I only lived in for 15 months was kept clean and tidy. I reached out three times ahead of our scheduled day to let the owner know that I felt my place would only take 2hrs to clean, 2.5hrs tops, and therefore, that is all I would pay for. I even texted the morning of at 7am to confirm this, and not until 930 did I get a reply saying they did not do a clean in that amount of time. I stressed again that this was alI I would pay for.Apparently, they stayed longer and then were mad at me that I would not pay for more than the 2.5hrs . As I was not at the unit when they cleaned, I heard from neighbors that they were quite rude. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism. More...
