I just had my first service visit completed by Joe. I have had a terrible issue with scorpions the last 2 seasons through trying to complete pest control on my own. I really felt that I got a good value and service. The level of detail was quite a bit better than I was doing and he left me with helpful tips and tricks that I could also do. I have used Green Mango since 2016 and have tolerated constant rescheduling issues the entire time. Over the last two years the service has sucked and they have come completely unreliable. The girls on the phone could care less about customer service and there is nothing that is offered for poor service and missed appointments. The final straw was two no shows this last week (3/6 and 3/11) with no call or text, no voice mail... nothing. I will no longer recommend this company to anyone. More...

I have been using Green Mango for a few months and since the second treatment I have not seen any scorpions in my backyard or in the house. I have small dogs and the tile in my home easily blends the scorpions so I needed to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. I do appreciate the calls, text and email reminders each time I am due for a service. Technician Barnaby today was very patient and a pleasure to have servicing my home. He asked me what plants he needed to stay away from since we do have a few herbs and chilis growing. I also appreciated him asking if I wanted the inside of my home serviced. Warning a Bi-monthly schedule and payment is not every other month with this company. Without notice, they change it to every 6 weeks. Which nets Green Mango an extra $200+ dollars a year. The first time I caught them they said it was a mistake and took care of the bill. When I caught them this time, they said it was their practice to service and bill every 6 weeks. Still making me responsible for the bill even though they just service me 5.5 weeks ago. Green Mango has been doing my house for a few years. I have found that their service has been very good. I was just telling my tech, D'angelo, about how good the service has actually been over time. The technicians are respectful and responsible and very helpful as I live in a high scorpion area of Mesa in Las Sendas. We live in their home but Green Mango keeps a nice layer of protection both inside and out for scorpions as well as all other pests.
