Went here off groupon, $40 worth of food for $20. They don't tell you that a $10 tip is included in the bill so u almost come to paying just as much. Other than that the food cool.

I LOVE this restaurant. It is my second time visting over the past two weeks. The food is excellent and they have a large selection of cuisines such as sushi, japanese and Chinese foods. On my first visit I ordered the sizzling seafood plate with shrimp tempura and tempura and crab sushi. ALL IF IT WAS GREAT. On my second visit I ordered the salmon with curry sauce. Prepare to board a culinary roller coaster of Asian flavor!! That is really the best way to describe the Asain fusion restaurant #GreenGinger. It features a delicious blend of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine! A very laid back bar atmosphere greets you with calm mood lighting and simple decor. Spacious and comfortable seating both indoor and on the large patio. On this visit we decided to start with an appetizer. I selected Pork Goyza which is 6 flavorful pork dumplings with a side of soy vinaigrette. I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to enjoy my favorite seafood, Crispy Calamari, which was lightly salt and pepper seasoned with a spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce. Both were prepared perfectly and portion size was immense! My little one, Rose, is quite the ramen aficionado and was very pleased to find her favorite chicken ramen with a side of french fries on the kids menu. The abandoned YouTube videos and slurping sounds coming from her side of the table let me know that she was also enjoying her meal! This was confirmed when she asked if there were more. Jameen opted for the Thai side of this fusion restaurant enjoying a large bowl of Tom Kha. A delicacy of mushrooms, tomatoes and cabbage seasoned with scallions and cilantro in a coconut milk broth with rice noodles and chicken. Please do not let the pictures fool you as you cannot gauge the size of the container that was brought to the table!! A better word to describe the bowl would be cauldron! Definitely a large enough serving for two people to share! I opted for your build your own Noodle bowl which was also served in the gigantic cauldron! I chose to be daring and had the spicy red curry and coconut milk broth served with flat rice noodles, imported from Thailand, accompanied by cabbage, onions and mushrooms! Oh my goodness it was soooooo good! Jameen can testify that I said the words "Soooo good!" several times not only during the meal but many times afterwards!!Again since the portions were so huge there was lots to be brought home! After eating our full we still had 2 quart containers full of soup to bring home, making this meal definitely worth the money!!Last, but certainly not least, our waiter Danny had an effervescent personality and glowing smile. Very professional an upbeat he was expeditious in taking our drink and appetizer order. He continued throughout the rest of the meal bringing our dishes at what seemed like the perfect time and even refilling our drink glasses as needed without being asked! He was even very kind and attentive to my seven-year-old daughter that just needed more and more ketchup for her french fries..LOL. I had a few reservations going in because I knew it was a mish mash of Asian cuisine, and not necessarily the more traditional dishes, simply the more recognizable. With that said, the good exceeded expectations. Service was good although we had issues with our reservation - they had seated another group where my group had asked to be seated since there were so many of us. The manager handled that with a great display of professionalism and efficiency. However, there were still a few things that kept me from giving service a perfect score - though this service was definitely much better than other popular spots. The food was okay - it had the flavors and textures, but it still didn't quite capture what you'd expect coming from restaurants that focus on these dishes (the sushi almost seemed to need more seafood flavor, but it's not like they overpowered it with splotches of mayonnaise, and the Mongolian beef had a great sautee and sear on the vegetables but the meat was dry). Given that I got this good at a competitive lunch price, and had plenty to take home, I can't really say I felt cheated in any kind of way. I'm very curious to come back and see if the quality goes up if service is only focused on two or three people. All in all, it was a good experience, I didn't come in expecting Nando's, Ginya Ramen or Kokai, but I definitely got a great bang for my buck with the lunch specials. Try their spring rolls! My mom loves this place, and when I saw a coupon for this restaurant, I was excited for us to go. We really enjoyed the food, although I haven’t actually tried any of the Japanese food here. The Chinese dishes are nice. The sesame chicken is good and crunchy with a thick sauce. I like the idea of making your own noodle bowl as well. I personally do not like the drink menu here, but to each his own. We used the coupon at checkout, and there ended up being some confusion about the gratuity being added in—our waiter corrected the situation, and I really appreciate that.
