My approach to working with clients is by understanding your needs, creating an exercise foundation, and then teaching you how to utilize resistance training to move better, feel stronger, and improve your body composition.

For a long time Personal Training has created a stigma of high effort, maximal intensity, and getting “killed” by your Personal Trainer.
That doesn't make sense.
Personal Training is NOT a form of punishment. The goal is to progress individuals to their goals in a efficient manner by developing a plan unique to their capabilities, schedule, goals, and interests. Yes sessions will be challenging, but there’s a difference between challenging and just plain senseless.
