Great Lakes CrossFit

I've owned a CrossFit gym for 6+ years, and been to dozens of other CrossFit gyms. What Cal and GLCF have going on makes me both jealous and proud to be a gym owner. These guys have it figured out! Clean facility, top of the line equipment, great workouts, and brilliant coaching. If you're in the Holland area, and aren't going to Great Lakes CrossFit, you're not getting the best. From a beginner first time ever in a cross fit gym to a seasoned veteran this place is perfect for everyone. Owned and run by the two amazing people and they are building an awesome community. Best gym hands down.

Since I travel a bit I go to a lot of boxes. Great Lakes CrossFit has been one of the best I’ve dropped in on. Cal really cares and takes time to get to know you and give you the coaching you need to grow in CrossFit. He has helped me the most of any coach on my toe to bar in just one session.
