I first discovered GHBC during a trip to Minneapolis. Loved the cookies and breads and am happy there's one in Austin. I ordered the turkey, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce with chipotle sandwich and an oatmeal cookie. Both were delicious. The grain bread had pumpkin seeds and was very fresh. I sampled the pumpkin bread, too. The service was excellent, and I liked the assortment of spreads, soup mixes, and oils available for purchase. Â They also cater, which I didn't know. WOW, this place is amazing. I got their vegetarian (vegan) Hummus sandwich and was blown away. So so good, so simple but the ingredients are so fresh they have so much FLAVOR
