Fresh baked bread and some of the best sandwiches around. We stop in anytime we are near for lunch and to see what's new or even if it's just for a fresh slice of specialty bread. It's a very clean bakery with fantastic customer service and you are always welcomed by super friendly staff. They have tons of options for gift baskets, snack trays, lunch boxes and even offer local delivery. Great Harvest on 25th Street is exactly that, Great! The owner Chris is so genuine and loves his customers. We literally hug every time I see him and scream loudly. It's awkward, but it keeps me coming in to the store. His sandwich, Chris's Crazy Cran is delectable. I also recommend getting the Vegan sandwich, but put ham on it. It's amazing. I had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Sorry no pictures because I ate it. Bacon-ranch-provolone-Turkey-tomato toasted to perfection with crunchy outside. Â I am very impressed. Oh... this place is wonderful! It starts when you walk on with the smell. Oh my gosh... the smell is WONDERFUL! Then you are greeted by smiling faces asking what you would like then being understanding and patient while you stand there trying to make up your mind . ..by being overwhelmed by the choices. Love you can buy just a slice of bread with butter. We had the peach cobbler scones and the giant jalapeño cheese bread roll... looks like a cinnamon roll but savory. Full of cheese, peppers, garlic and chunks of potato we think. Breakfast all in one. The cobbler scone had whole slices of peaches and streusel on the top and inside. How did they get the crunchy to stay crunchy inside the scone? I think the best scone we have had. I have now been to three different locations in three different states this being the 3rd in Ogden Utah. I ordered my favorite chocolate chip and oatmeal cookie and I had a small coffee to compliment it. This place boasts that all of their Bread is made with honey wheat flour water yeast and salt that's it. They have the best breads hands down along with other treats like scones, cookies and a pretty eclectic breakfast and lunch menu. Everything that you see when you walk in is fresh it's made daily... the cookies are just unbelievable.
