What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. It is simply who I am. I used to view my high level of empathy and compassion as both a blessing and a curse; however, I've come to learn that these character traits are nothing but a blessing.
It took some time to come to this realization/awareness (or insight). I needed to learn how to implement boundaries within my relationships with other human beings. Once I had the insight that my needs and mental health come first... My entire life changed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own Life Coaching business allowed me complete creative control over how I coach my clients, my style of coaching, my coaching specialization (Insight Life Coaching), how many clients I take on, etc.
Also, when it comes to a career, it doesn't get much better than being your own boss!

Yes - I work remotely, and I provide my coaching services entirely online via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being that my coaching sessions are held entirely remotely, the COVID-19 pandemic is a non-factor.

The free consultation meeting will help us both decide if coaching sessions are a good fit for both of us.
Client Intake Session: Assessing Your Needs & Goals (30 Minutes)
During the Client Intake Session, we will discuss and examine the aspects of your life you are struggling with that are blocking you from accomplishing your goals, what you hope to gain from life coaching sessions with me, and how the Insight Coaching Method™ will assist you in creating the life you want.
Note: The client intake session is at a discounted price of $50.
1-on-1 Coaching with Kara: 30 Minutes
$500 (4 Sessions/Month):
Upon completion of the "Free Consultation Session" and the "Client Intake Session", we will dive into regular coaching sessions based on a mutually agreed upon and signed contract. The number of months clients decide to commit to will be agreed upon and a contract will be signed by the client and life coach.
