Usability is the most important thing in web design followed closely by hospitality. A website must be easy to use and comfortable for people viewing the site. All of my web designs follow these two principles
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What have you seen elsewhere that you like? It doesn't even need to be related to your field, just tell me what visually pleases you. It's a great first question in helping me learn how to speak the same visual language.
