The customer service I received from Kyle far exceeded any expectations I had. Â Living out of state, I contacted the two main grocery stores in Casper trying to order deli trays to be delivered to a home in Casper to a family who just lost a loved one. Â The grocery stores stated they do not deliver and I'm so glad I found Grant Street Grocery on the internet. Â Kyle not only assisted me in making food platter suggestions, he personally delivered the trays and then followed up with a phone call to let me know the trays were delivered all within a few hours of me contacting the store. Â Kyle was quick to give credit to his co-worker Amanda for putting together the trays. Â I was so impressed with the personalized customer service I received without even being present. Â To top things off, I tried to have Kyle add a tip on to the bill for him and he told me not worry about it. Â Thank you so much Kyle (and Amanda) for your kindness and speedy service. Love this store. Love the cheeses, love the meats. The staff is very friendly. Over eclipse weekend we grilled 2 of the tomahawk ribeye steaks that were soooo good. Could cut with a fork and melted in your mouth. Also purchased some shrimp and made shrimp scampi that was to die for. Comment from people eating this was this is better than any meal we have had in a fine dining restaurants. Also love that I can walk across the street to get breakfast or a sandwich. This place is a gold mine! Such a turn around from where it's been in the past. Great selection of specialty items, meats, cheeses, and more! We stopped by for lunch yesterday and spent a good hour browsing their selections and eating our lunch on the great patio. We had the BLTA (which had great bacon!) and the Gobbler 2.0 ( turkey with prosciutto), was well as the Caprese salad. Â All were excellent, I had to take another sandwich to my girlfriend so she could try.I also bought some house-made brats and grilled them tonight. Absolutely the best brats I've had. The seasoning and flavors were so unique!I'm so happy Grant Street opened back up and is bringing delicious, unique, and local food to Casper.
