Yes, the core of my business is remote. This is done through interaction with the client through videos to instruct clients on exercise form.and execution, and also to provide the client with feedback on what they are doing.

Social distancing and wearing of the mask when clients are more comfortable with it.
Remote personal training
I write client exercise training programs that are simple and effective, yet challenging.
Strength gains and improvement in appearance an be seen with 1 month of consistent training.
Videos are used to demonstrate exercises, and also to provide feedback to clients, on their form and exercise execution.
Nutrition Coaching
By backing up exercise training with proper nutrition, we ensure the correct result.
By giving the client their macros - daily amount of calories to be consumed in one day, the client has the tools to pick and choose the best protein, carbohydrate and fat for their lifestyle and goals.
Beyond macros, a thorough understanding of electrolytes, what they are, what they do in the body, and how to get proper amounts everyday through food.
