I've worked with and observed Ben in a variety of roles. He's my trainer, has been my daughter's trainer at times, and a coach for my son's training program. He's not just skilled in the field, he also advocates for continued growth and progress. Ben will push you past your comfort zone, you'll hate him at times (but not really), and will feel every movement the next day. In all seriousness, you will come out stronger, more confident, and capable of taking your fitness journey to the next level on your own because Ben teaches you as he trains you. Had the disc removed between C3/C4 was paralyzed unable to walk, raise an arm. Met with Ben 2 months after the operation (I had worked with visiting nurses getting out of a wheelchair and off a walker into Canadian crutches, and they told me they could no longer help me. ) Ben has helped me build both my physical and mental bodies. I was able to stop using the crutches in the end of Nov. 21.. I am able to raise my arm w/o pain up and into the over the stove built in microwave placing/removing full containers of food. The technique Ben used to get the muscles to be worked w/o over extension or pain was intense and ever present encouraging me to continue working daily making slight improvement toward the long term goal. He was/is supportive, inquisitive, encouraging every step of the way. I have had to moved out of the Concord area, no longer able to work with Ben, however I walk 4+miles (w/o assistance) daily, have a YMCA membership where I am able to replicate the exercises that Ben taught me giving me the mobility I only dreamed of 1 year ago June 21. I worked with Ben for a little over a year and a half - both in person and online - for powerlifting specific programming. He was an all-star coach. I still stay in touch with Ben and will always seek his advice. Ben forces you to actually think about the movements and incorporate your training in to your big lifts. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Strength is foundational to all other aspects of fitness, so we always start there.
Cardio is easier when you’ve got strong abs and a strong back.
Recovery is easier when you’ve got thicker tendons and ligaments.
Flexibility is more useful when you can apply strength once you’re in that position you want to achieve.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Understanding that your dreams are not others’ dreams. The body that works for me as a strength athlete is not the body that’s necessarily going to work for a 22yo going to Cancun.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people in their very real space. Eventually, almost everything comes out and we work together to grow the entire person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife realized that I was spending a lot of time helping others at the gym and she encouraged me to look for clients professionally and take some courses.

When Covid hit, I, like nearly everyone, adjusted how I did business. If someone needs Covid-risk-mitigation, I have multiple options and it is best to discuss these over the phone.
