Aria is a very down to earth person, whilst also providing some top knotch hard love it’s very difficult to look elsewhere. His training is geared to push you, but it’s always to find your limits and how you can surpass them, he will motivate you to the end or keep you chatty to distract you from thinking about how fast you want your set done. Arria has been my trainer for about a year now, we have implemented a plan and stuck to it resulting in a weight loss of 50 lbs and counting! I have also gained strength all over my body, resulting in the end of a chronic muscle pulling in my neck/back. When I was working in the highest quality gyms in NYC, I learned that the only way I will be able to put the client first is if I am the boss. Working in a conventional gym can be fun, and there are a lot of perks to it, such as easy lead generation. But it does not fulfill me in the way working one on one does.

I have personally gone through the journey of losing 70lbs of fat and gaining 20lbs in muscle. My first hand experience mixed with my intensive studies as a top trainer in NYC have allowed me to optimize on the customization of programming for each individual client. Yes! Remote training has been incredibly successful for my clients. especially those who have tight schedules, have compromised immune systems, or live far away from me.

Besides masking and working remotely, regular exercise helps boost the immune system making clients less susceptible to the negative side effects of dieses.
