This hotel needs to read its reviews staff is highly overworked it’s booked they could care less from the valet to the front desk staff beach service is wonderful and the two wonderful people in the coffee shop but as far as the rest don’t bother overpriced broken town read the reviews from other gas before you waste your time or money here there’s plenty other hotels in Miami to stay at

The first time I stayed there, the hot tubs were all broken. Booked another weekend, tried to cancel 24 hours after I booked and three days before arriving because someone in my party tested positive for Covid. Waited on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and waited on hold again and was told someone would call me. They never called so I emailed reservations. They still charged me! More...
