Straight up, best experience I’ve had in a gym! Kristian is so amazing and supportive, but will also call you on your excuses if you need accountability! I love FBBC! When my boyfriend and I first signed up we were kinda like “we’re young and not totally out of shape, how hard can it be? ” WE GOT OUR BUTTS KICKED...Kristian and Bryan are great, they make it fun and are always willing to help you on your form, nutrition, and any concerns you have! Granbury FBBC is a great gym with great trainers! Kristian and Bryan keep the classes challenging and interesting. The work out stations are always different, yet always focused on a full body work out. Personal attention is given to diet and health as well as reaching personal goals. I love FBBC! The coaches are AWESOME they take the time to educate you and help to accomplish you're goal. After I had my baby I had to start from the bottom all over again but now I'm back up to my pre- pregnancy size and I'm able to do things I couldn't before. THE BEST workout place! Everyone is super nice (employees and patrons). There are no drill sergeants - just lots of encouragement! I love how Kristian works individually with you & makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. The encouragement I get from the other patrons is what makes me keep going back. I'm a 52 yr old woman with back problems I I haven't exercised at all but gain weight. I've only been going to this gym for 2wks and I've already lost 9lbs. . what I'm trying to say is that my coach and her husband have made me feel welcomed and have coached me not put me down or say "hey you would look better if you could or would lose weight". I enjoy going to the gym I have never liked a gym where we have only people who wear a size 0 and are there to show off. In this gym we have "real people and real coaches".
