I'm amazed by everything Grace was able to capture within a time period of just 10 minutes. She went above and beyond and gave me so many pictures to choose from, and her editing really brings out one's unique features. Highly recommend!

Grace was very focused during the shoot and knows exactly what she's doing. Extremely professional, prefaced appointment with multiple confirmation emails. I've known Grace for about five years now. And over those years, I had the privilege to see her grow as an artist as well as a person. During our time in Junior States of America, she dedicated her watchful eye and active shutter towards capturing all of the people and memories. Overall, I had a really fantastic senior picture experience that I would not trade for anything. Grace and I were already friends prior to the shoot, but even if we hadn't been, I felt incredibly comfortable during the whole process. She listened to what I wanted and truly followed through. The pictures turned out so natural and beautiful (she also made me laugh a lot so that helped). She knows how to take flattering shots with great lighting, and her editing skills post-shoot are the cherry on top of the cake. The whole process was so much more affordable than the prices other photographers ask for, and I think my pictures (and the other photoshoots she has done) have turned out more natural. It is such a customizable experience, and I truly recommend that everyone take their senior pictures with Grace Khieu! You will get tons of amazing pictures of yourself at a great price. Grace took couples photos for our anniversary. She is an incredibly talented photographer; always made us feel comfortable with posing, was genuine, efficient, and professional, and planned everything out extremely well so that everything went smoothly. Grace did a wonderful job on a surprise engagement shoot for my family! She worked with my fiance ahead of time to ensure that everything was well planned out, to include making maps of where we would be at. The pictures came out wonderful! Grace is so talented! I have had two headshot sessions with her, and in only 10 minutes she was able to capture a variety of photos that I am extremely happy with. I recently went to Grace for both professional photos and an art project I've been working on lately, the cover of my mixtape. My experience with her was better than expected. I have never dealt with a photographer before and usually do my own shots but I needed someone who was more professional and Grace came highly recommended! She was more than helpful in trying to turn the picture in my head into more of a reality.

For my mixtape, I had envisioned a shot of the subject to appear to be posing in his own world with items which he finds valuable to him, showing all how proud he is of them.

For my headshots, Grace took every question on how to pose and the angling of the shot with compassion and explained simply and clearly. I was unsure since I had never done any type of posing but her instructions were clear and the photos came out excellent. She easily broke down what she wanted from me (slowly move your head to the left).

She exuded an infectious energy which helped as we had a 2hr long session including discussing ideas.

Her professionalism was still outstanding, even while she took every stupid question.
Grace was efficient and friendly. She was the person for the job and made life easy. She was adaptable to my needs and time conflicts and she worked around my schedule to make things happen. She was dedicated to getting the job done. Lastly, she told me she would edit the photos since she was extremely knowledgeable in how to and I was unsure but I should have know she would have worked magic to make the photos come out perfectly. I was so, so grateful to Grace for being able to help me look and act natural for what became absolutely fantastic photos! I don't mind having my photo taken, but I do a lot better taking photos where I'm allowed to be silly (as Grace well knows). I worried, despite Grace's talents, that I'd end up smiling like Spongebob, but Grace is magic. She will help you feel comfortable while she finds the best angle, the best lighting, the best everything. She is awesome and always fun to work with! More...
