With my work and holiday preparations, I didn't have time to clean my home for family to visit. Steve was understanding of my situation and listened to some specifics I had for cleaning the house. The "deep" clean was awesome! Every day, I found something else that the team addressed - a greasy microwave, baseboards, bookshelves, fans, molding, you name it! After starting the year off sick, I wanted to deep clean to my place. Mr. Gowen was very responsive when I called, came right over and we crafted a plan to get my apartment clean. The staff arrived on time, were friendly, and cleaned dirt from places I didn't even know there was. I will certainly use this service again, and not just after I have been sick. The owner was responsive, friendly and helpful. He was able to give me an estimate the same day and helped me come up with an appropriate cleaning schedule for my space. Precious did an amazing job cleaning my house and organizing my basement. She was efficient, detail oriented and easy to talk to - she knew exactly what she needed to do and got straight to it.
