I needed a private investigator that could help me keep track of my cheating partner and access her phone remotely. Kraig is amazing! I wouldn't trust anyone, but him to get what you need to get done. I had to serve an order of examination on a guy that had been hiding from me for 2 years after I won a suit against him and wouldn't pay up. Kraig is an absolute rockstar! A true professional. I recently needed to have the other party in my small claims court case served and went with Gotcha on the basis of other Yelp reviews. I called Gotcha, talked to Kraig, and was able to send my paperwork as an email attachment, thus saving valuable time and kick-starting the service process. The extra service attempts included in their admittedly higher-than-the-competition's-prices are very beneficial. In my case, however, I ended up having to pay for both expedited service and a stakeout because the other party had given a false address. Kraig worked with me to figure out a plan of action, and they ended up putting in extra time on stakeout for me. I was afraid my papers wouldn't get served, but the afternoon before my hearing I got a call from Kraig saying the service was successful.Conclusion: Gotcha Legal Services does what they must to get your papers served, so if you have a dodgy party--go with Gotcha! First, I will say that I never in a million years thought that I would need to hire a process server, but alas I found myself in a small claims dispute. Â The party I was taking to court had evaded the certified mail, so I had to hire someone to serve him the court papers. Enter Kraig. Â I called him because of his great Yelp reviews. I had no idea what I was doing, or even what to ask for. Â He gave me his prices, told me what that covered, how to send payment and what paperwork to email to him. Â Easy peasy. Â As soon as he received payment, Â the papers were served. I was super nervous that this guy I had the dispute with would be squirrely and hard to find, but Kraig made sure that he was served promptly. Â It was such a relief! Â After the papers were served, I asked Kraig if he would be going to the courthouse to file the papers. He indicated that there would be an additional fee for him to go there in person, but told me that we had plenty of time for him to just mail it in, and he was right. Kraig is awesome!!!! Â I have never had to nor thought I would ever need to hire a process server. Â My boyfriend and I needed to serve his ex some paperwork before a court date. Â We originally had all these sneaky ways were going to try and serve her on our own. Â This caused a lot of stress for my boyfriend and so many "what if's." Â I finally did some of my own research and decided to take the stress away from him and put it on someone else. So glad we did. Â I was able to contact Kraig and he answered all my questions and was told they attempt 5 times and not 3 like other places. SUCCESS !Kraig's the Man! Â I had tried already two times before to serve the papers to an evasive person--someone who basically just sat high above the entry of his gated residence, and never answered the door. The previous process-server had made 3 attempts without success, but of course charged the full amount. Â When I contacted Kraig he quoted a slightly higher amount, but it was well worth it, because it wasn't for 3 attempts, but FIVE.When we talked, I made it clear to Kraig that time was limited, if I didn't want to have to again reschedule the court date. Â He agreed to fit all 5 attempts into my limited time-range.We discussed what the fees might be if he'd ultimately had to do a stake-out to serve the papers. Â But as it turned out, he got the papers served more quickly than I would have hoped--already on the second attempt.Truth to tell, my initial reaction when I called Kraig was less than completely impressed. Â He wasn't as smooth on the phone as the other process server, and wouldn't pull the papers from online, but insisted on my sending them to him. Â On the other hand, the rest of his initial intake was more streamlined.So don't be put off by his cut-to-the-chase attitude.
