I recently got 2 story drapes done in my living and breakfast area and they look fantastic! Greg, our sales guy stayed very long at our initial appointment while we debated over choices and asked questions. They have They were very accommodating, reasonably priced and a joy to work with! I would recommend them to friends and family for sure. Installation was right on time! The owner himself came to oversee the install and during the holidays too! We had windows in our new construction home covered with shutters. Rick, from Gotcha Covered, worked closely with us on all of the details and we were so pleased with not only working with him through construction delays (yup, that happens - no doubt) and making it work beautifully. Thank you, Greg with Gotcha Covered! He was prompt and courteous when he came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing the blinds for our home.
The price with the discount was $1,000 less than another company’s estimate for the same blinds.
The order time was 2 weeks and arrived on time. Louis, the installer, was outstanding! He arrived on time and did an excellent job of taking down all our old blinds and installed the beautiful new ones. He cleaned up all the areas and took away all the packing and old materials.
We highly recommend Gotcha Covered of Frisco for all your needs for window coverings.
