What’s your signature dish?
Chef Anthony travels and plays with flavors, so his repertoire is ever evolving. The best we can offer is his dishes of the moment. Frankie Marsala is a twist on a classic taking the mushrooms and stuffing them with the chicken, placing them over a bed of risotto and topping it off with his Marsala Sauce. On the other side of the spectrum is his Jerk Chicken with Coconut and Jamaican Fried Cabbage, to die for!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Budget is important. I never want to offer a client a dish that is out of their budget. After that cuisine preference is everything.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy. Throughout an event and at the end of an event, seeing the client enjoying themselves and happy with the results is what fuels the fire.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People were requesting Chef Anthony's services, outside of his job. In 2011, as his reputation was building, we decided to start our first catering company, Perfect Peach Events. This lead to us opening our first restaurant, Got a Guy Eatery, and the rest is history.

This is our life, this is our passion, and this is our reputation on the line at every event, no matter the size. We always say, you never know who you're serving. The bulk of our business is built on word of mouth, so we need to make sure every client and every guest gets the best experience possible.

Our services are remote, so you pick the location, and we bring the food!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The experience with Covid is ever evolving, and we understand that every client is different. There are clients that prefer our staff tested and masked and we have others that request no masks. No matter what the client's preference is, we will accommodate, outside of mandatory vaccinations, we will not request such of our employees and thank you for your understanding.
