We hired Goodrich Gourmet Catering Company to cater our wedding and we could not be more happy with our decision! I worked with Sherri throughout the planning process and she was terrific to work with. She is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about what she does and puts everything into making the event run smoothly. The night of our event, we were so happy with the staff. Absolutely a stunning place to have an event!! I am a DJ and was nice to have a spot for vendors parking that is secure. The ramp and dock made for easy transition of unloading and loading. I am not sure that I can say enough amazing things about the Historic Post Office! As soon as we walked in, we knew that this was where we wanted to get married. We actually changed our wedding date to match what was available! The space is absolutely beautiful but still gives you room to decorate and make it your own. Our guests are still raving about this venue. Kelsey from the Historic Post Office was our day of planner and we could not be happier with all of the help that she provided. I have never experienced such a great support. We try to set up an event and are, as always, trying to get the best out of the event. This caterer is doing just that with you.Nothing is to small and no hurdle not to take. Goodrich Gourmet recently catered my daughter’s wedding and I was so pleased!! From just the initial search online, I knew that Goodrich Gourmet was the catering company for me. First, their catering menu options on their website with the clearly outlined packages made it easy to see what was available and figure out my budget even prior to contacting them. Once I made my inquiry, Sherry was very quick to reply and I believe she even called me before replying to my email. I really appreciated the wonderful and clear communication throughout the whole planning process. I just had a sense that the care that was shown to me in just the planning of the menu and table settings would also reflect in the meal preparation at the event and I was right. The table settings were beautiful, the food was fabulous, and weeks later, friends and family are still talking about how good it was. In the course of planning this wedding, I encountered vendors that were just doing their job, but it was evident that Sherry and her team, really cared about our event. She wanted it to be good for us and that we would be happy. To top it all off, they sent the happy couple off with a sweet picnic basket of leftover goodies to enjoy. I highly recommend Goodrich Gourmet to cater your large event or even your next office lunch, which I did as well because they were so great to work with. I hired Goodrich Gourmet to cater a large private party. From the beginning the service was exceptional. They were organized and very helpful in the planning process from determining the appropriate dishes and quantity to general help in party planning details. The food was excellent, and I received several compliments from the guests during and after the event related to the quality and variety of the food that was served. Furthermore, the on-site staff went above and beyond leading up to and during the event. They were professional, polite, and courteous at all times and even made the extra effort of pitching in to help with some of the last minute decorating details as things were getting down to crunch time before the party began. Sherry catered our wedding this past May and she completely exceeded my expectations! The food was amazing. We had many of our guests comment on how wonderful everything tasted. Sherry & her husband even brought us a tray of appetizers & drinks during the cocktail hour while my husband and I were taking photos! Sherry also helped me quite a bit before the wedding day with figuring out the amount of tables we would want & giving good advice on various things from past experiences. Sherry and her team did a fantastic job with the food and the bar for our wedding! The food was delicious and no one left hungry! Everyone said the prime rib was perfect and the mac and cheese was wonderful! The bartenders and servers were equally amazing! Our group used this Catering Company for 6 days straight (last week) for breakfast only and were never disappointed. The delivery ladies all arrived on time and were extremely organized and friendly. The food was always brought in and on the counter, ready to eat within minutes. It was hot and delicious when we ordered the Deluxe breakfast. The scrambled eggs and fruit were especially delicious. We made changes to our order nightly, sometimes at very late notice, and they always accommodated our requests. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to others!!
