Hi,

My name is Moshe, and I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with over 10 years experience and 3 different Certifications including "Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT), "Youth Fitness Trainer" (YFT) and "Specialist In Fitness Nutrition" (SFN). Fitness and Exercise has been a passion of mine since I was a teen so natural progression led me to become a personal trainer so I can help other achieve their fitness and health goals.

I had a great workout with Moishe. He walked me through step by step on technique and explained how to get the most out of my workout. It was motivational training with him. I had an excellent experience and look forward to our next session. More...

Q&As

At first I have a consultation with a prospective client. We speak about the clients outcome goals (What they hope to achieve) in regards to fitness/health, we then break it down to habit based goals (What we can do TODAY to bring us closer to achieving our outcome goal). We then go over past medical history, and any underlying injuries that we may need to work around.

At this point I do a series of fitness assessments to get an idea of the clients capabilities and then begin the program. The first 2-3 sessions are more of an ease-in into the program and then we start pursuing the goals in ernest.

Sustainability! It is important to incorporate fitness and healthy eating patterns into your life that are sustainable for you. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. Allow yourself from time to time to indulge in a food that you enjoy but is calorie laden, so long as the majority of time you are eating clean and healthy

Helping people hit their milestones we set together during our first session. I live vicariously through my clients achieving what they set out to accomplish, be it weight loss, getting stronger, faster or whatever it may be. I am deeply invested in my clients success.

I first developed my passion for fitness in my mid teens and started reading up all about fitness and nutrition and going to the gym rigorously 5x a week. It all began when I had friends and family request that I train them, so at that point I went and got myself Certified and It's been all she wrote from there!

Because I am truly devoted to my clients improving the quality of their life via fitness and nutrition. Working with me I will make SURE that you are successful
