I used Good Guys Moving in Oct 2022. I had a good experience with them. My wife and I had to move again in Oct 2023.
I decided to call Good Guys again.
Their employee Caleb wrapped our 75 inch TV. He said he had moved several big screens . And assured me it was going to be alright.
When I plugged the TV back up after the move. No picture all you can see see is horizontal lines and a big black spot.
I filed a claim with Good Guys. They decided to refund the cost of the move. They wouldn't cover the cost of the TV.
I didnt have any plans on replacing a 1 year old TV. Good Guys dont feel like they should replace it.
Andrew Lambert is the owner. He doesn't want to take responsibility of his employees.

5 stars ⭐️ We had 3 bedroom move with aFull garage this house was a 20+ year accumulation of things. There were a couple issues small with the move witch is normal with such a large job. They even came back and helped with some unpacking and trash / junk removal. Rusty the owner took care of everything and is a standup guy. This is the second time I have used Good Guys , And I wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else but Rusty and his team I hope I never have to move again but if I do these will be the people I use top notch A+ 5 ⭐️ 100% GREAT ! I used Good Guys for move from Atlanta to Charlotte. The guys were very nice and hard workers. Problem was they sent too small a truck which I had some broken Items (75"TV). I sent a claim in for the damages thinking it was a loss cause but Andre had me a check within a couple of weeks, not enough to replace TV but a fair refund. Also, they played no games about billing. I moved some items from an apartment to my house and then the remainder to a storage place. These guys were absolutely amazing all the way around. I couldn't have had a better experience. I've moved 3 times in the last 5 years and have used different moving companies that service the Nashville area. None of them came close to wonderful experience I had with Good Guys. They showed up right on time and were incredibly quick and efficient. They took appropriate precautions to make sure my belongings were not damaged during transport. They were not only respectful and friendly but also efficient and hard working. From the quote stage throughout the entire move I was impressed with this company.
