I hustled my ass off for this company for a solid year plus working OT without the OT rates sacrificing trying to show management I'm the real deal reliable supervisor, and it all came to an abrupt end when my buddy and I were waiting for our relief, and we see a new security company roll up! We were so lost and stuck on stupid trying to figure out WTH these guys were doing at our site. We let the two gentlemen in and greeted them and they just sat there awkwardly looking at us not saying anything, so 5 minutes goes by and I'm about to burst from all of the awkward silence vibes, so I asked the residential manager what were they doing there? And he told us that his guard will be working this site and that they have taken over, and we need to contact our management because it's not his deal to mess with.(understandably) I try contacting good guard immediately, to no avail, it took an hour before the passive aggressive dispatch lady would finally pick up, she knew exactly why I was blowing their line and wanted to act like I was a bother to her. I tell her what's going on, she puts me on a bullshit 2 minute hold just to lie to me and say that management is on their way to straighten things out. Damn liar! We're in Arizona and they are in California, they are not only 30 minutes away ma'am!!! So I tell her I just got off of my shift, and I'm not waiting for (management) to drive out here. She puts me on hold again for 1 minute and then tells me to "wait for a call from HR okay have a nice day."CLICK!! As you've probably guessed already, we did not receive a damn call from HR. For those wondering. My team and I were very prolific with our work at this site and took pride in what we did there. This all happened due to Bad Guard never picking up the line when our client called. We didn't get any notice, nor apologies. I thought Ahmed was a good brother that blessed his people. I have frequently observed the clearly marked security car drive over the lawn containing mature tree roots. across the concrete walk way . Hired by Caltrans to guard empty houses on S Pasadena Ave, these thoughtless employees use the lawn of the historic Julia Childs home as a cross way between two driveways . The tire marks and dead lawn area clearly show this . it can easily be observed while waiting for the stop light. You and I pay for Caltrans and thus their Hires. This is our city. I saw one of this company's Prius vehicles driving in the neighborhood I live in (South Pasadena). I felt more unsafe then safe with the encounter I had. Their vehicle was in front of me..I go into the center lane trying to make a left to go into my apartment driveway and the prius suddenly stops with no traffic in front of him/her and decides to make the same left. !!!DO NOT USE!!! They are trying to charge me extra for days that I didn't agree too! Their rep(nick) is extremely shady!! ! We agreed on 4 days of service, which I paid in full for, then he contacted me through text trying to get me in a contract for 4 months! I'm a struggling gym owner trying to keep my business open during this pandemic, which he knows, but is still trying to cheat me! Â He does all his communication with me through text, which I thought was extremely weird, but I was in a hard place at the time so I went along with it. Â He was sending a guard to my location, after I already had paid for another company, and he's saying I didn't TEXT HIM TO CANCEL!! What? You knew I was looking for other options, and had already paid for your service! I just asked him for prices, and when I saw their ridiculous prices I told him I'll explores options. Â Now he's saying I signed a contract with him and since I don't cancel they sent guards out to my location without my knowledge. Â Now he's saying I need to pay!!!!
