This is a good facility for the average pet person to use. The owner is nice enough, does support positive reinforcement only as her training method. The facility itself is nice, though there's only one way in and out so just be aware of that. The staff members that I've interacted with have always been very nice and courteous. More...

We adopted our puppy in July and struggled to find a decent dog trainer. Most wanted to use an e-collar, which according to my research, increases the stress level of the dog. One of our friends recommended Becky, and we're glad they did. She's significantly better than the previous non e-collar trainer that we tried, and as a bonus, she charges a fraction of the cost. We have done some private lessons and some small class size lessons, and will continue to come here. They take credit cards via Square and there's ample parking. More...
